Happy Christmas to you all, and I will be back again in 2026.
A bautifully curated fair run by Francesca Aaronovich to showcase the wide variety of items produced by local artisans; ceramics, handknitted doggy coats, jewellery, woodwork, homewares printed by illustrators, clothes for young children made from rescued vintage and contemporary fabrics.
In the lovely old Bath Green Park Station the Bath Independent has always been a market full of inventive, quirky and creative small artisan businesses, and ‘Pickle and Dot’ have been lucky enough to be accepted to appear there in September, November and December. It will be great to meet new visitors, and as always other stallhlders!
The last Bank Holiday weekend of the year before that longish stretch up to Christmas, and hopefully with good weather before they return to school. I will have some autumn clothes, as well as the usual party dresses etc, but now TROUSERS for the boys at last and for the little girls who like them.
Lovely new and very well curated market in Stroud’s Lansdown Hall, on the other side of Bank Gardens - showcasing a variety of artisan makers.

Crafty Bundles Swap Event is the last event in New Brewery Arts’ (in Cirencester) seven-week Craftival, this event is taking place in the last ‘Sustainability’ week. To get involved and be a ‘Bundler’ - contact www.makingplace.co.uk. This is a great time to root out unwanted arts and craft materials (see the Swap information for the list of suggested items). The gallery is then open to the public betweeb 12 and 3 to pick-up craft and creative bundles for a small donation. ‘Bundlers’ have the opportunity to pick up new items between 10.30 and 12 before the gallery opens.

Looking forward to being back in the lovely Cirencester Corn Hall next Sunday, among lots of other sellers with their antiques and lovely handmade items. Second week at the Corn Hall Christmas Market, glad to be inside, damp weather does terrible things to fabrics!
Cirencester’s Corn Hall is open every day from now on, and Pickle and Dot is there for the next three Sundays in great festive spirit.
Nearing Christmas and there will be a lovely assortment of goodies to choose from at this market, in addition to the gorgeous garments etc made from rescued fabrics at ‘Pickle and Dot’.

The lovely Christmas Fair, as well as the earlier fair arranged by Francesca agin, but this time in the stunning Bishops Cleeve Tythe Barn, where all the usual stallholders will be taking part to help you with your Christmas shopping, as well as ‘Pickle and Dot’.

‘PIckle and Dot’ with the gorgeous garments made from ‘rescued’ fabrics are lucky to be at this annual event in Painswick, near Stroud in Gloucestershire. The annual Clypping Ceremony of the churchyard’s 99 yew trees, takes place while celebrating with street entertainment, apple pressing and other general jollity.

Sunday next 18th August ‘Pickle and Dot’ is at the lovely Vintage and Artisan Fair in Cirencester’s Corn Hall again with the new ‘Little Treasures’ as well as the new rompers.

Another visit for Pickle and Dot to this lovely monthly artisan market. With over 60 stalls this is an extremely interesting day out, with a large variety of stalls, a cafe on site as well as resident artists studios to see.
Pickle and Dot will be at the Vintage and Artisan Fair in the lovely Corn Hall in the Market Place of the Cotswolds’ historic town of Cirencester - with the highly original and colourful childrens’ garments made from rescued unused fabric preventing it from landfill - plus lots of interesing stalls from vintage item sellers and other artisan makers.
Pikle and Dot will be there at this very popular monthly Sunday market. As well as a number of exciting and different stalls, visitors can visit the artist’s studios, independent shops and take part in the nature trail, and of course food and drink in the cafe as well as other food stops.
