Another ‘Village Playtime’ pinafore dress made from this pretty quirky vintage printed fabric from the 1950’s. Like the smaller dress for a 2-year old it is a firm serviceable medium weight cotton, printed with the colours of the mid 20th century, and the simple slightly Nordic style of rural and village life.

The lining is a soft grey/white spot cotton, more sophisticated for a 3-year old, and the neck and armholes are bound with a soft pink piping, and trimmed at the hem with a soft grey spot ribbon sewn on to a soft pink grosgrain ribbon.  Again poppers for that as quick as possible on/off, on way to a party for Christmas or a day out with grandma.
